  • How do I chat?

    The chat functionality will be launched on this page on Thursday 29th July. In order to use the chat functionality, you will need to give yourself a username.


    The chat functionality will be separate for the live stream, so you can use the chat on a mobile device while watching the live stream on another device.

  • I can't see the live stream video

    If you can't see the live stream video container (i.e. there is nothing in the space) then please refresh your page. If that doesn't help, please clear your cache and cookies. You will need to login again.


    If that doesn't work, you can contact our provider any time via their Support Center.

  • I can't remember my login details

    Please use the 'Forgotten Password' function on the dialogue box within the video screen. World Dance Masters does not manage your login details so please follow the instructions you receive.
